THE WORKOUT

Our unique 45-minute circuit of high-intensity interval training combines cardio and resistance exercises to burn up to 1,000 calories per class. Sounds hard, right? Well, it is. But no worries, with your mates by your side, you’ll enjoy every minute. Point is, when you train hard, we bring the fun. When you’re happy, we’re happy. You can do anything for 45 seconds

Training Mate is perfect for all fitness levels! Our exercises are broken down into 45 second intervals with a 15 second break in between meaning you're never doing one exercise for too long. We encourage everyone to go at their own pace so you can either go super hard or take it easy if you need to.

VIEW CLASSES

No class is the same so you’ll encounter a variety of exercises and equipment such as kettlebells, dumbbells, suspension bands, bikes, rowers and even kangaroo jumps!

Each class ends with a dedicated abs segment.
