Prospective locations should be at least 2500 square feet and we will work with franchisees to ensure location designs meet the franchise needs. The initial investment for a Training Mate franchise can range from $181,000 to $346,700 and includes a one-time franchise fee of $40,000. Your initial investment will cover many of the essential expenses associated with opening a Training Mate franchise location, such as furniture and fixtures, the initial inventory, and the construction of any necessary leasehold improvements.
