Howdy, Mate! Our Dallas location is our first location outside of California and is conveniently located on Oak Lawn Ave in the Park Cities nestled in the Turtle Creek Village shopping center. This location offers group classes and also has a dedicated personal training room along with full locker rooms.

Our Philosophy

Training Mate was founded on the idea that fitness doesn’t have to be intimidating and can actually be enjoyable! Drawing on his experience as a professional rugby player, founder Luke Milton believed massive results could be achieved through the power of positivity and with the encouragement of your mates. It’s this unique combination of our intense training programs with our cheeky sense of humor that will get you in the best shape of your life, no matter your fitness background!

The Workout

Our unique 45-minute circuit of high intensity interval training combines cardio and resistance exercises to burn up to 1,000 per class. Our programs are specifically designed to not only get you in the best shape of your life but to build endurance and strength. The best part? No class is ever the same so you won’t get bored and each exercise is only 45 seconds so before you know it you’re onto the next! Each class wraps up with an ab workout and the best worst jokes you’ve ever heard. All fitness levels are welcome.

Arrive Early

Show up a bit early - at least 5 minutes prior to class start - so we can show you around and make sure you’re set up for a killer workout.

Part of that is making sure you’re there for our instructor’s run through of the class where we demonstrate proper form and safety.
