This location offers group classes and also has a dedicated personal training room along with full locker rooms.

Our unique 45-minute circuit of high intensity interval training combines cardio and resistance exercises to burn up to 1,000 per class. Our programs are specifically designed to not only get you in the best shape of your life but to build endurance and strength. The best part? No class is ever the same so you won’t get bored and each exercise is only 45 seconds so before you know it you’re onto the next!
