As a strength & conditioning specialist, Tyler's main focus is finding ways for his classes to be as effective as possible while limiting any risk of injury. Everyone has their own personal motivation to come to the gym, and Tyler is dedicated to helping people harness that motive while pushing themselves to their limits.
Everyone needs a mate from Boston to help get them through a workout! Tyler grew up playing hockey and after high school he quickly realized that his efforts were better suited training the athletes with actual talent. His training experience includes working with athletes ranging from youth sports, to Division I basketball, football & hockey players, and of course the everyday weekday warrior.
