Meg has lived all around the world and back, delighted to return to her home state of California. She’s a dog mom to two corgis and a college Professor with a background in yoga, fitness and holistic movement practices. Oh and the author of a children’s book. She loves to encourage both STRENGTH and PLAY! An advocate for body awareness, all things movement and the role it serves for overall wellbeing.
