coach Grant
Grant Originally from Louisville, Kentucky, Grant moved to Dallas in June of 2024. He grew up playing a little football and wrestling in high school, but it wasn’t until after that he became fully dedicated to fitness. What started as a mission to put on muscle as a “lanky guy” quickly evolved into a lifelong passion for building strength, improving conditioning, and living a well-rounded healthy lifestyle that includes training, nutrition, and recovery. In his classes, Grant encourages members to give their all—whatever that looks like at their own fitness level. He believes progress comes from pushing yourself just a little further each time. Expect high energy, motivation, and a good sweat. If you leave his class out of breath, a little sore the next morning, and maybe ready to reward yourself with that sweet treat waiting at home—you’ve done exactly what you came to do.
