Chelsea really does it all. She’s a NASM certified personal trainer, 200RYT yoga certified, Mat and Reformer Pilates certified and a Boxing coach. She believes that movement is both physical and mental and strives to help others not only get stronger physically, but mentally! In Chelsea’s class you can expect a ton of energy, fire music and someone who’s there to encourage you 100% of the way!
