Adrian believes that exercise is the highest form of self-love & self-care. When we move our bodies & challenge ourselves – we’re reshaping both our mental health & physical health. When Adrian is on the mic, expect a mix of throwback & current urban jams that keep you moving & motivated. Outside of fitness, Adrian is a videographer and instructional designer. He can also be found outside doing nature activities, catching live music shows, or creating new experiences that push him beyond his comfort zone.
