About Ryan, AKA Rusty
Ryan comes from the exotic town of Perth, Western Australia where he grew up playing all sports, focusing on athletics and martial arts in which he represented Australia in Athletic Oceanic Games at the age of 14, in 100 meters, and long jump. As well as Training Mate workouts, He continues to train daily in Thai boxing in which he’s been a coach for the last 7 years.
