Luke is a Sydney born boy, who loves to tell jokes, get a bit silly but can be surprisingly serious when it comes to eating well and exercising. Starting as a rep rugby player in high school, he was sort to be to about being professionally good looking, and had to hang up the boots to protect his delightful face and spend copious amounts of time doing crunches.

Those same traits however saved him from being squashed in the sporting arena having competed at state level in Australian Football and also being accepted into the Australian training squad for the break neck Winter Olympic sport of Skeleton Sliding. These days you may just catch him celebrating at the end of an awesome Training Mate class doing his slow motion cowboy happy dance.....YIIII HAAAAAAAA!
